Ruhewell Minty Mellow Head Soothing Balm
Use Minty Mellow during a migraine attack or headache and/or prior to any you are anticipating. It releases a soft peppermint aroma while it goes to work soothing an achy head. If using the balm in advance of a migraine attack or headache, apply 3-5 days beforehand.
In this formula, magnesium oil, white willow bark and a combination of soothing essential oils are delivered through a moisture-rich coconut oil and shea butter balm.
How to use: Massage into your forehead and temples. The balm will absorb into your skin and will leave a light coconut oil and shea butter base (no need to rinse). Use as often as needed.
