A La Carte Wedding Flowers
Witch Hazel designs flowers for elopements, micro weddings, courthouse ceremonies, welcome parties, and other special gatherings. Bouquets start at $300, boutonnieres at $30, and orders start at $750. We deliver across the Hudson Valley, or you can pick up at our studio.
This is the same design eye and same sourcing as our full-service floral work, on a streamlined scale. Simply order from the list below, we'll make what you need, and you can enjoy it on your special day.
How it works
$750 order minimum. This is the entrypoint for a la carte, whether you're picking up or having flowers delivered. Most couples spend about $750-$2,000.
Designer's choice. We work with your colors and vision. Since we design with the best of what's at the flower markets that week, we can't accommodate specific varietal requests or match a Pinterest board stem for stem. If you want particular blooms and only those blooms will do, go for full-service design.
Pickup or dropoff only. You'll receive all your flowers in water, ready to go. Placing arrangements and distributing florals on the day is up to you, as is removing flowers at the end of the celebration. (If you'd like our team setting up and designing onsite, full-service wedding floral design is a better fit.)
Three weeks' notice. We take a la carte orders up to 12 months ahead but need three weeks minimum. Earlier is better, especially May through October, which are peak wedding months in the Hudson Valley.

Delivery is $75 within about 20 minutes of Beacon, including destinations like Cold Spring, Garrison, Newburgh, Fishkill, Hopewell Junction, and Wappingers Falls. For other locations, we'll provide a quote. Orders are paid in full at booking and all a la carte sales are final.

How much do a la carte wedding flowers cost?
Most orders land between $750 and $2,000 depending on how many people need flowers and how many tables you're decorating. The minimum is $750.
How far ahead should I order?
Three weeks minimum, up to 12 months ahead. Peak-season Saturdays go early.
Can I request specific flowers?
Colors and mood, yes. Specific varietals, no. If you have your heart set on particular blooms, full-service is the right fit.
Do you take the vases back?
Everything is yours to keep unless we've agreed otherwise in writing.
Do you set up or install?
No. A la carte is delivery or pickup only. Ceremony installations, arches, and anything that needs to be built on site are full-service work.
Do you clean up after the wedding?
No, not with a la carte. We drop off flowers before your event, but breakdown is not included.
