Hudson Valley Wedding Florist
Flowers With a Point of View
Ceremony florals featured in The New York Times.
Back in the day, I worked for Oribe, the celebrity hairstylist — and I promise that's relevant. What he taught me shaped a huge amount of the visual langauge I use for flowers. Dramatic shapes, distinctive textures, extra touches that shouldn't work but somehow do. Because as he used to say, there's no point in creating something without a point of view.
We can do big pretty flowers, and we can do minimalist quirky flowers, but the common thread is adding something you'd never see in generic Pinterest inspo. Draping jewelry chains or fringe through centerpieces so they echo a botanical chandelier. Tucking in dried grasses that look like feathers from another planet. Pushing boundaries of shapes and lines and proportions.
We're a small studio that takes on an internationally tight edit of events each season, so each couple gets real creativity rather than feeling like they're going down an assembly line. Whether you know exactly what you want or need assistance shaping your vision, we're here to help you navigate the wild world of weddings.
Weddings & Events in the Hudson Valley

Please note that the minimum is not an estimate of what every wedding will cost. Factors that impact pricing: larger guest counts and wedding parties, intricate chuppahs and altars, installations, rare flower varieties (dramatic little divas).
If you have questions, please send us your venue, your guest count, and the size of your party. We'll tell you what's realistic and true to your vision.
Venue Highlights
We work all over the Hudson Valley, but these are a few places we've worked recently.

Beacon, NY
The Roundhouse
The sliding doors at the top of the stairs are the moment. You open them, you step onto the landing above the reception floor, and the whole room looks up. We design for that reveal specifically. Outside, we know how to make flowers stand out against the lush hedges while still feeling organic to the space.

Garrison, NY
The Bird & Bottle Inn
One of the most charming rooms in the valley. Lush textures, antique details, intricate textiles and prints. We embrace that character while making it feel distinct to you.

Saugerties, NY
Diamond Mills
We cater to the warmth and textures of Blackbarn and the Boathouse. Fireplaces, rich wood, waterside views. Think nostalgic and romantic, without playing into rustic stereotypes.
Don't see your venue? We travel. Tell us where you're getting married and we'll tell you what we'd do with the space. We love translating your vision so you can enjoy the day, not worry about the details.
"Jill listened to our vision and somehow made it even more beautiful than we could have imagined. Every arrangement felt full of love, care, and creativity — it was like she knew exactly what our hearts wanted. Walking into our wedding and seeing the flowers brought us so much joy, and our guests still can’t stop talking about how stunning everything looked."
— Carly G, married at The Roundhouse
"Working with Witch Hazel was genuinely one of the best parts of planning a wedding. Jill was amazing, helping me figure out the vision, and then she completely smashed the execution! A big reason I was so excited to work with Witch Hazel was also the bouquet preservation. We were able to dry and press my bouquet, and I'm so excited to have this piece of our wedding displayed in our home."
— Anna W, married at The Roundhouse
"Where to start! We can't stop reliving the beauty that was our entire wedding day. Jill was so seamlessly easy to work with, start to finish. The way she and the rest of her team brought our vision to life was incredible."
— Christy C, married at Diamond Mills
Frequently Asked Questions
What Couples Want to Know
Our wedding minimum starts at $7,500 and varies by region. Floral budgets move with guest count, wedding party size, and how much you want flowers to be the thing people remember. We'll always give you a straight answer about what's realistic before you invest real time.
We design weddings and events throughout the Hudson Valley and beyond, including Beacon, Garrison, Cold Spring, Newburgh, and Saugerties. We've worked with venues like The Roundhouse, The Garrison, Diamond Mills, The Bird & Bottle Inn, and The Grandview, and we travel to venues outside the area regularly.
The earlier the better. Larger installations and peak-season dates go first, and we take on a limited number of weddings so each one gets proper attention. If your date is close, reach out anyway. Sometimes it works!
You submit an inquiry, we talk through your venue, palette, and vision, and we build a custom proposal from there. Every proposal is designed around your specific wedding. We don't work from packages.
Beautiful with an edge. We like to create wow moments that only get more interesting the longer you look. Dramatic shapes and textures, unexpected branches and blooms, sentimental touches that carry hidden meanings for you and your partner. We are not going to recreate the same generic wedding you're sick of seeing on Pinterest — how boring would that be?
Yes. We press and preserve bridal bouquets into framed wall art, shadow boxes, or domes and cloches. Reach out before your wedding so we can plan timing — flowers need to reach us within a few days of the big day.
