SHIPPING POLICY

We ship from Beacon, NY primarily using USPS.

Processing Time Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Our processing cutoff is 12pm Eastern Time. Orders placed after 12pm will begin processing the following business day. We do not ship on Sundays or federal holidays. Orders placed after 12pm on Saturday will be processed the following Monday. During busy periods such as holidays processing may take up to 3 business days.

Shipping Options Standard Shipping (typically USPS Ground Advantage, 4-7 business days) — $7.95 for orders under $100, free for orders $100 and over. Express Shipping (typically USPS Priority Mail, 3-4 business days) — $18.95 flat rate.

Holiday Orders For time-sensitive deliveries we recommend ordering with enough lead time to account for carrier delays. We will do our best to communicate recommended order deadlines before major holidays via email.

Tracking You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has shipped.

Lost or Damaged Packages If your package is lost or arrives damaged please contact us at hi@witchhazelny.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with you to resolve the issue.

International Shipping We do not currently offer international shipping.
