Refund policy

Returns & Exchanges

We stand behind everything we carry at Witch Hazel. If something isn't right, we want to make it right.

Returns We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. To initiate a return, email us at hi@witchhazelny.com with your order number and reason for return. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, we will issue store credit or an exchange. We do not offer refunds to the original payment method except in cases of damage or error on our part.

Exchanges If you'd like to exchange a product, please reach out to us directly at hi@witchhazelny.com. We'll do our best to find you something you love.

Floral Services & Classes Floral design services (including custom arrangements, installations, and event florals) and classes or workshops — including any materials or pieces created during a class — are not eligible for refunds or exchanges of any kind.

Final Sale Items All discounted and sale items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange. 

Damaged or Incorrect Orders If you received the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hi@witchhazelny.com with a photo and your order number. We will replace or refund your order at no cost to you. If your order arrives damaged in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo and your order number so we can file a claim with the carrier. While we are not liable for damage that occurs in transit or during delivery, we will work with you to find a resolution where possible.
