Shipping
We ship from Beacon, NY, mostly via USPS.
Processing Time Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Our processing cutoff is 12pm Eastern Time. Orders placed after 12pm will begin processing the following business day. We do not ship on Sundays or federal holidays. Orders placed after 12pm on Saturday will be processed the following Monday. During busy periods such as holidays, processing may take up to 3 business days.
Standard Shipping (USPS Ground Advantage) $7.95 under $125 / Free over $125. Allow 4-7 business days from order placement.
Express Shipping (USPS Priority Mail) $16.95 flat rate. Allow 3-4 business days from order placement.

Tracking You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.
Lost or Damaged Packages If your package is lost or arrives damaged, contact us at hi@witchhazelny.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date and we'll work with you to resolve it.
International Shipping We don't currently ship internationally.
Returns & Exchanges
We stand behind everything we carry. If something isn't right, we want to make it right.
Returns We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. To initiate a return, email hi@witchhazelny.com with your order number and reason for return. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility.
Upon receipt and inspection we'll issue store credit or an exchange. We don't offer refunds to the original payment method unless the error was ours.

Final Sale Items All discounted and sale items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders Contact us within 7 days of delivery at hi@witchhazelny.com with a photo and your order number. We'll work with you to make it right.
